remedy is to apply some heat to the neck which is good in relieving
the pain around the neck area. Doing this will consequently aid in

The other remedy is self massage, you must establish at which point
of your neck the pain is coming from or where you are experiencing the
stiffness. You can then massage yourself gently. Do this frequently
and the pain will disappear.
Exercises should always be the way to go; most people don' like
exercising but it can be a great way of reliving tensions in the body
muscles. If you are experiencing a stiff neck, you should try at least
twice each day to exercise the neck area to relieve the tension. As
this happens, the headache will also disappear.
Acupressure is another powerful method of relieving such an
irritation. You should make some contact with all the pressure points
of the neck and the head. This is a great way of easing the stiffness
and the headache. You should target the nerves and the pain will ease
as fast as you can imagine.
Take care of your posture all the times. This is one of the major
causes of this pain. Sit properly and always support your head with a
pillow when you are sleeping. Avoid bending the head for long hours as
it will stiffen your neck.
