I recently slept with somebody I like with out protection (stupid I know) and a few days later I had a couple of small bumps behind my right knee that had been itchy. I read up symptoms of herpes on the web and they say ‘red bumps/liquid filled blisters’ but these bumps were just small and white and not liquid filled. They are pretty a lot gone now and not itchy. I have been freaking out that I have caught herpes and these days I woke up with a sore throat and my whole body is itching and sort of tingling. I looked up symptoms of herpes and havent discovered symptoms like this. It said itching/tingling but additional in the genital/leg area but this is all over like legs/face/arms etc. but not my genital area at all. I’m not certain if this is maybe related to anxiety simply because I am freaking out that I have herpes and imagining it!! But I certainly have a sore throat and really feel usually unwell.
