One day I began having what seemed like a stiff neck. It was like I slept wrong. It was hurting within the crease of my neck around my collar bone muscles. Then over the next day or two, it got worse! Then the next day or two, it moved slightly into my chest and then my shoulder blade and now ( after 5 days) it is burning badly in my arm(in the middle between my shoulder and elbow). By the way this is all in the exact same side-my right. Could this be a tear in a muscle or what? Anybody have this happen?
